The Solution

UltraView — operator-vision and collision-awareness for haul trucks

A ruggedised, mining-grade system designed for the operating environment, with standardised mounting and a defined install procedure validated on the major OEM platforms.

Engineered to the standards buyers must meet

  • Compliance

Designed in alignment with ISO 5006 (operator field of vision), MDG15, and relevant electrical-safety and EMC standards.

  • OEM fit

Proven on Komatsu and CAT haul trucks. OEM engineering-approval processes are underway — for example, completed with KAL for the 930-5.

  • Track record

Already specified and deployed with Tier-1 producers internationally, providing reference credibility for Southern African buyers.

Why the recurring contract matters

UltraView is not a fit-and-forget device. Field conditions, truck configurations, and OEM variations mean the system must be surveyed, calibrated, maintained, and periodically updated to keep delivering its safety benefit. MSVA's support contract guarantees that performance over the asset life — which is exactly what a safety-accountable mine manager needs to sign off on. The contract is the product as much as the hardware is.

UltraView turns a fatal-risk blind spot into a managed, audited safety control — and MSVA keeps it working for the life of every truck.
